My wife and I commissioned Josiah and Elliot to design and build dry slate walls at our property in McLaren Vale earlier this year. We had a broad outline of what we wanted to achieve, however we had no definitive plans and were open to input from them. This was quite a complex project as there were multiple levels to be considered, existing infrastructure that needed to be worked around and as the project progressed new possibilities arose that were able to be incorporated into the original design concept. Josiah and Elliot worked extremely well as a team, were easy to deal with and kept the work site clean at the end of each day. We were extremely happy with the finished product and would recommend Josiah and Elliot for any similar projects.

After years of putting up with gravel and weeds out the back and side of my place, I asked Dowie Designs to come in and work their magic. The results were spectacular! My space has been transformed with a mix of stone walls, brick edges, lush lawn, ferns, flowering borders, bamboo, and other pretty plants. This has all been kept green and healthy by the irrigation system carefully installed. Elliot and Ned have been very professional and creative with their work- I couldn't be happier with the end result!
